| General Construction Laborer General Physics Corporation’s (GP) Alternative Fuels Group based out of Escondido, CA has an immediate need for general construction laborers to support current and future operations. Candidates must be willing to travel to worksites within the United States. Our current workload is in the Long Beach/Los Angeles area. Contract housing and per diem is provided depending on job location. GP’s Alternative Fuels Group designs and constructs alternative fuel stations for fuels such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), compressed natural gas (CNG) and hydrogen (H2). Historically, the majority of our work has been in California and Arizona and will continue to be our base load work. Recently, work has expanded into other states including TX, FL, MI, and NY and we expect to continue to expand across the US. Our projects are typically design/build where we self perform engineering and specialty construction. As a general laborer you would assist in demolition, excavation, trenching, utilities, framing, rebar, concrete, masonry and rough electrical operations. Due to the nature of these unique projects, mandatory drug testing is required prior to hiring and periodically throughout employment. |
