Description

Construction Accountant needed in Stanley, North Dakota to provide construction accounting / auditing services for the following four mid-stream construction projects.
• Rail Facility
• Phase III Plant expansion
• Prairie Rose Pipeline
• Hawthorne Pipeline oil pipeline

Duties:
Establish and monitor procedures to ensure work tickets and invoices submitted by vendors and contractors are properly supported and in compliance with P.O. / contractual terms. Ensure work tickets are coded in accordance with EOG’s AFE accounting structure. Enter daily work tickets into EOG’s PERC (daily cost system) and assist in developing AFE accruals as needed. Provide reporting and analysis of AFE costs.

Requirements

A high school diploma is required, course work in college accounting is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others in the organization and to consistently and accurately meet rigorous deadlines. Demonstrated analytical skills. Proficient knowledge of Windows, Excel, Access, and Word.

The position is located in Stanley, North Dakota and the incumbent will report to the Denver Accounting office.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
