Basic Function: Sales Professional responsible for assisting Sales Counselors in consistently accomplishing specified goals, effectively maintaining community and backlog, building and maintaining positive, internal and external customer relationships and executing and supporting the community marketing plan and rotating between communities as needed. Sales Associate ability to be promoted is based upon achievement of the results expected, in addition to availability of open Sales Counselor positions on the team. Responsibilities will include executing the sales process, franchise management, customer service and field marketing.
