Description:
The ERP Trainer will provide subject matter expertise around sustainment training development and delivery practices. Develops working relationships with Power User and business community. Perform Training Needs Analysis for assigned new course requests. Perform sustainment training development and delivery. Act as the single point of contact for sustainment-level training.
*4 year Bachelor in Business, Organizational Development or related field required.
*Experience with SAP required.
*Ability to learn other software package desired (Visiprise, Enovia).
*At least 5 years experience as working as a training developer and instructor.
*Experience creating training material using appropriate software. (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
*Experience creating and editing Business Process Procedures (BPPs) or work instructions.
*Experience creating WBTs using interactive media software. (such as Captivate, Camtasia, Flash)
*Experience working with subject matter experts at all levels of an organization.
*Experience delivering training classes under compressed timelines.
*Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
*Experience working in a matrix environment desired.
