Description
Newly created position to answer incoming telephone calls, schedule patient appointments and provide coverage to three front office areas. Prior front office experience in a physicians office strongly preferred. This is person will be the principle contact for scheduling physician appointments for Medical Hills Internists. Inclusion in the Saturday rotation required. Heavy phone call volume.
Required Skills
Minimum high school graduate. Excellent telephone, computer, fax/copier skills required. Excellent communication and telephone skills required. Ability to multi-task and self starter. Ability to work in a team environment with patients, physicians and staff.
