Description
Responsible for receptionist/secretarial duties, patient intake processing, EMR chart management and general administrative and operational support for the practice staff. Complies with all standards set forth by state, federal and local law and other regulatory agencies. Is held accountable for compliance with all BroMenn policies and procedures, particularly those dealing with discriminatory acts. Displays the philosophy and values of the organization through daily behavior. Puts the mission statement into practice.

Required Skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills Required, High school graduate or equivalent preferred, Previous Medical Office Experience and Medical Terminology Preferred, Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (in person or on phone) for all ages, and Must have a Moderate amount of Computer and Typing Skills. Candidate must be a self-starter that takes initiative, and has the ability to be flexible. Knowledge of Medical Insurance helpful.
