In order to assist in maintaining a safe work environment, BroMenn requires a post-offer physical and drug screening as well as "for cause" and post-injury drug and alcohol screenings. Employees who hold a commercial driver's license by the U.S. Department of Transportation policy must submit for drug and alcohol testing and random screenings.
