Summary: Supports Bridgewell’s mission by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, and progress notes for assigned caseload. 2. Provide one-to-one counseling with clients in assigned caseload. 3. Coordinate services with psychiatrist and other clinical treatment team providers. 4. Attend treatment planning meetings for clients in assigned caseload. 5. Participate in scheduled clinical team and clinical supervision meetings. 6. Maintain client records according to regulatory standards. 7. Comply with MBHP and other 3rd party insurers’ guidelines for Utilization Review/Quality Assurance. 8. Facilitate referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate. 9. Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience:
1. Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling. 2. Massachusetts state license(LMHC, LICSW). 3. Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
