| Job Description |
| We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in improving business performance through the application of business and technical solutions. You will work to refine and enhance our implementation methodologies practice-wide. We’ll look to you to contribute to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices. As part of your project delivery responsibilities you will participate when needed as a technical expert in pre-sales qualification. You will design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements. You will lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the technical architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans that will be delivered. You will work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers in the design, development, and implementation of the technical content defined in the Statement of Work. You’ll create project status reports and accurately track/manage project issues and risks. |
| Minimum Qualifications |
| Bachelors Degree Communications and media industry subject-matter expertise Business development leadership Proven experience in the leadership, planning and delivery of key initiatives in the wireless, wireline, ISP, cable MSO, and web-hosting industries. Specialties IT: - Strategic planning - Functional and technical architecture - Program/project management - Business analysis, process engineering - Systems integration - Service oriented architecture (SOA), UML, model-driven development Functional: - Customer relationship management (CRM) - Communications industry BSS/OSS > billing > Salesforce.com automation > order management > revenue assurance |
