Job Description
The Director of Operations is responsible for the day to day management of Alteritech’s IT operations. Responsibilities include achieving billable revenue targets, managing customer environments in the datacenter and on premise, managing uptime of systems, developing technical staff, implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and reliability of services/products, strategic planning and execution.




Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years IT leadership and management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the managed service industry
  • Experience managing 20+ person technical teams or larger
  • Experience managing 500-600 servers and 2000+ seats environments
  • Understanding of ITIL foundations
  • Experience managing service desks and ticket management systems
  • Ability to be flexible with work hours and responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Enterprise technologies.
  • Strong understanding of LAN and WAN networks and network design.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing and achieving billable revenue targets
  • Ability to participate in sales calls with prospects and existing customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field(preferrable).
