Job Description
The CRM Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for management of complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects. This resource will lead junior consultants and client staff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutions.

Essential Functions
  • Gathering and understanding business requirements
  • Designing technical solutions
  • Developing technical solutions
  • Configuring CRM COTS applications
  • Business Process Design/Redesign
  • Provide functional application expertise and team/project management


    Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree
  • Must be authorized to work for any US employer
  • Willingness to travel
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Professional consulting background
  • CRM development configuration and customization, EAI, scripting languages, or workflow experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Siebel or other CRM COTS tools
  • Leadership of a team in the successful delivery of technical solutions
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Outstanding analysis skills
  • Ability to facilitate in classroom training for new users
  • Ability to develop use cases
