About this position: The Customer Service Account Manager will provide in-house tactical and strategic support to the Sales Field to drive customer business issues, received at the factory, to closure. The primary responsibilities of this position are post sales related activities at the headquarters office, with a secondary focus of developing strategies and solutions to increase customer satisfaction. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Required Skills and Experience:
This position will require building strong relationships with the various field sales team levels , in addition to building strong relationships interdepartmentally and cross-functionally to drive customer business solutions. This person will champion customer issues at the factory to deliver timely, accurate and creative solutions to the field sales team and customers.
