About this Position:

As a Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for the commercial success of Actel’s Flash FPGA product lines (IGLOO and ProASIC3).

Duties Include:

• Develop market plans that identify target applications and provide differentiating value propositions
• Help focus Actel sales on key applications and platforms that will generate the maximum revenue and growth
• Support sales with top customer engagements, developing relationships with key influencers and building strong knowledge on market needs and dynamics
• Work jointly with Corporate Marketing to nurture the differentiated image of Actel's product portfolio in the market
• Develop and present articles, white papers and conference papers to evangelize Actel's unique product portfolio in the market
• Orchestrate product rollouts and marketing campaigns to support Actel's corporate strategy
• Participate in product planning, product line management relating to Actel's product line
• Develop and present comprehensive business plans with financial ROI analysis

Required Skills and Experience:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. MBA highly desirable
• Minimum of 10 years related experience
• Experience in Marketing FPGA product line required
• Experience in Marketing microcontroller product lines is highly desirable
• Demonstrated competence in writing and publishing high-quality marketing material
• Knowledge of analog electronics solutions is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, marketing creativity, and proven project management skills are critical
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet clear objectives and schedules
• Proven ability to drive products to market by successfully leading cross functional teams to the goal
