It is Webcor Builders’ policy to use its centralized Recruiting Department to source candidates for job openings. At Webcor Builders’ discretion, it may on occasion assign job searches to one or more of its pre-approved Recruiters and Employment Agencies, which shall be expected to work directly with Webcor Builders’ Recruiting Department.

To be considered for Webcor Builders’ Pre-Approved Employment Agency List, please provide the following information to our Recruiting department via e-mail (address indicated below):

Agency name, location and specialization Contact information Description of products and services Agency references (so we may assess past performance)

Failure to comply with the above required information will result in a delay in the approval process.

Note: Agencies specializing in placing Construction professionals will be given priority in the approval process.

Note that prior to doing any business with Webcor Builders as one of its pre-approved Employment Agencies, you must execute Webcor Builders’ approved Recruiting Agreement. Agency will not be authorized to do any work pursuant to the Recruiting Agreement unless it has been authorized by our Recruiting Department located at the Corporate Office in San Mateo, California.

Unsolicited phone calls will not be returned.

Webcor Builders’ opening of an unsolicited e-mail or other communication or its response to any type of communication does not constitute Webcor Builders’ acceptance of any term or agreement with any person or agency, including but not limited to, the payment of any fee in connection with any unsolicited resume received by Webcor Builders, unless such person or agency has an executed Recruiting Agreement with Webcor Builders and the candidate has not previously been received by Webcor Builders from another source. The entire terms and conditions for any fee payments for candidate searches will be governed by Webcor Builders’ Recruiting Agreement.
